Jammu West amongst most developed Constituencies: Sat

Jammu, February 06 | Former Minister and Ex-MLA Jammu West kick-started construction works for two lanes at Krishna Nagar area of Ward 12. Sharma was also accompanied by Chairman SJC and Corporator Jeet Angral, Mandal President Keshav Chopra, JMC (Jammu Municipal Corporation) officials, local residents and political activists of the area.

The works will be done under the supervision of JMC at an estimated cost of Rupees 11.49 lakhs and lane number 3 & 7 will be constructed with the funds allotted to the Corporator by JMC under stage works.

Speaking on the occasion, Sat Sharma said that on a daily basis new works are being taken up by various departments in numerous parts of the Assembly segment which depicts that Jammu west is amongst the most developed Constituencies of Jammu and Kashmir. He said that hundreds of crores were spent in the Assembly during his tenure as MLA and even today many works are taken up and many more are in pipeline which will be taken up in coming days in order to provide best possible infra to the inhabitants of Jammu West at their doorsteps. He also stated that the efforts of each and every Corporator and activist of BJP in Jammu West also shows that every worker of the party is dedicated to serving the masses and it will continue to do the same as BJP believes in the agenda of “Sabka Sath Sabka Vikas Sabka Vishwas”.

Jeet Angral said that due to the efforts and recommendations of Former MLA this pending demand has been met after a very long time and on behalf of hundreds of residents, the Corporator also expressed gratitude towards Former MLA for looking into the grievances of masses seriously and solving them in no matter of time.

Keshav appealed the masses to keep their surroundings neat and clean so that a “Clean and Green” aura could be built to promote the vision of Swach Bharat.

Varinder Dogra, Dr Surjeet Singh, Kundan Gupta, Rakesh Gupta, Anil Angral, Deepak Kumar, Manohri Devi and several others were also present.
